LF06-2000 beam overturning equipment is basically composed by column, base, arms, overturning device and electric control system. The columns, base and arms are welded by Q235, stress released by heat treatment and machined precisely to provide reliable rigidity and prevent deformation after long term working.
Put the workpiece on the chain, the friction between the workpiece and chain makes the workpiece rotate with the chain. The column of this beam overturning equipment is mounted to the base through bolts for easy assembly and transport.
The shafts and wheels of the beam overturning machine are made of 45# steel, tendered and quenched, for providing strong torque transmission.
The control system consists of control box and remote box. Inside the control cabinet, there are inverter, contactors and push buttons, mainly from Schneider. The control system is designed to control machine operation and protect the motors.
