The horizontal rotary table is composed by frame, work table, rotation device, conductive device, and electric part.
1. Frame and work table The frame of this rotary milling table is designed with welded structure, and the work table is composed by the table and slew bearing. Frame is welded as per equal strength requirement and is stress released by heat treatment.
2. Rotation device Rotation device is designed between the frame and the table. It is composed by reducer, motor and slew bearing. Driven by motor, the rotation device drives this horizontal rotary table to rotate at 0.02-0.2rpm.
3. Conductive device The welding current is conducted by the conductive device behind the work table. Max. welding current: 500A.
4. Electric control part The electric control part of this rotary milling table is mainly composed by control cabinet and operation box. All electric components are from well-known brand.
