This profile end milling machine is composed of milling head, column, machine body, mechanical feeding system, control system, rail guard unit and milling blade. Both horizontal and vertical rails are precise rails with great loading capacity, little clearance and outstanding accuracy. The milling head can travel along the spindle with 100mm stroke.

1. The profile end milling equipment is equipped with operating pendant, easy for operation and blade alignment.
2. The vertical rail is protected from dust and scrap thanks to guard cover.
3. Guarding unit of horizontal rail has advantages of excellent sealing and dissipation effect, long service life. There is peep hole on the guard cover, through which lubricating and cleanness conditions of the rail can be observed.
4. The machine body and column are of welding structure, and integrally annealed after welding, stable, not easy to deform and highly precise.
5. The milling head of our profile end milling machine is produced by professional manufacturer, featuring reasonable structure, reliable performance, broad speed range, outstanding rigidity, low noise, high efficiency and easy operation. Rotational speed of milling head can be adjusted by handle.
6. The milling head of the profile end milling equipment can revolve integrally within the range of 0º∼45º on the vertical slides for ease of beveling. This is the option unit unique to our company.
7. This profile end milling machine is designed with manual lubricating pump to ensure good lubrication effect.
8. The milling blade is made of carbide alloy steel.
9. Rotational speed of power head can be adjusted by handle.
1. Please add around 16L 20# mechanical oil into the spindle box before working at the customer’s site. The detailed oil volume is defined on the basis of oil index position on the spindle box. Usually middle of the oil index is ok.
2. Please add around 1L 20# mechanical oil into the elevating worm-gear reducer before starting the machine at customer’s site. The detailed oil volume is defined on the basis of oil index position on the reducer box. Usually middle of the oil index is ok.
3. Please add around 8L 20# mechanical oil into the facing reducer before starting the machine at the customer’s site. The detailed oil volume is defined on the basis of oil index position on the reducer box. Usually middle of the oil index is ok.
4. Don’t adjust the rotational speed of spindle with handle manually during its rotation, or the gears inside the spindle box may get damaged.
Please regularly check lubrication and abrasion conditions of elevating lead screw nut couple. Stop the machine and check it if abrasion and block happen, eliminating malfunction and underlying safety problem immediately.
