ZG series straight strip cutting machine is a highly-efficient equipment for slitting steel sheet, designed for metal structure fabrication. It can cut at longitudinal and transverse directions with high precision and small deformation.
ZG series metal strip cutting machine is composed by T frame, longitudinal rail, longitudinal & transverse travel driving system, gas supply system, electric control system, cutting torches and torch frame.
The longitudinal rail of this straight strip cutting machine is precisely machined from steel rail. There is precisely machined rack outside of the rail. The longitudinal and transverse rails of the metal strip cutting machine are both machined by precision grinder to assure the cutting precision. Longitudinal movement is driven by AC motor through gear & rack to move frame on the longitudinal rail. Transverse movement is driven by AC motor through gear & rack to move on the transverse rail. Longitudinal & transverse movement are controlled AC speed adjust system, which features wide range and stable speed.
The torches for slitting are installed on the rail of the frame beam. They can move left or right on the rail and locked by manual. The torch height can be manually adjusted too. The transverse torch is installed on the backside of the frame beam, and it can be manually lifted.
Gas supply system is composed by gas adjust control and piping system. Fuel and oxygen are controlled through electromagnetic valve.
