The welding manipulator can work with welding rotator, welding positioner, etc. to perform automatic welding for inner/outer circular seam, fillet seam, and inner/outer longitudinal seam. Fixed, movable or all-position welding structure is available. Customers can choose the structure according to their needs, and additional functions such as tracking, oscillating, monitoring, flux recovery are available.
1. Our welding manipulator mainly consists of platform, column, beam, welding head, lifting device, rotation device and control system.
2. The column is mounted to the slew bearing on the platform, and it can rotate ±180°.
3. Fixed or movable platform is available.
4. Lifting device of this welding equipment is mounted on the top of the column, and it’s driven by motor.
5. Beam extension of this welding manipulator is controlled by stepless speed variation to provide proper welding speed.
6. The welding head is mounted on the front end of the beam. It can move up and down, left and right precisely.
7. The control system of this welding equipment is designed to control equipment start and stop. A remote control box is considered for easy operation and control.
