Welding Column Boom Lincoln Welder Automatic Flux Feeding and Recovery The column & boom is composed by column, boom, guider block, elevator, extend, column rotator, basement, etc. The column, boom, guider block, basement are all welded and strength released. There is protective lumen inside the column, which can keep the balancer from locking in it. The elevation is driven by worm reducer through chain & wheel. And the motor is with brake, the reducer can be self locked also. Hence, the boom can be locked at any location. There is anti-drop to prevent the boom from dropping if chain breaks off. The boom extension is driven by gear-worm reducer through gear and rack. By using AC motor and inverter, the speed can be stepless adjusted in a wide range. The rectangular guides on the column and boom, is 16Mn material, which is high strength. And there are grease charge holes on the wheels which are convenient for maintenance. There is safe guard on the ladder. And safe covers are provided on transmission parts. Column rotate is by manual with rotating bearing. There is manual lock also.
